Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham – Premier League – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – Wednesday 6pm – Preview
Spurs will be looking to end a damaging four-match winless sequence when capital rivals Fulham visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday evening.
The Lilywhites have picked up two points from the last twelve on offer, a run which has seen them slip from the top spot to eighth in the Premier League – There previous success, a 2-0 triumph over Arsenal in N17 on December 6.
Jose Mourinho could be without Gareth Bale, who picked up a troublesome calf injury during the Carabao Cup win at Stoke. Meanwhile, Giovani Lo Celso remains sidelined after injuring a hamstring during the defeat to Leicester City just before Christmas.
Lucas Moura and Carlos Vinicius also remain doubtful for the North Londoners.
Fulham head across the capital occupying a place in the relegation zone although four-successive draws suggest an altogether more resolute approach from Scott Parker’s men.
Mario Lemina is available for Fulham after sitting out against his parent club Southampton. An ankle injury leaves question marks over Terence Kongolo although Parker should have Kenny Tete at his disposal.
Jeevesie’s prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 Fulham
