Aditya Shukla’s 121 was the highlight of Harlow Town’s draw with Benfleet at Ash Tree Field.
Shukla’s brilliant knock came off 110 balls and included eighteen 4s and two 6s. Sibet Hussain chipped in with 58 before the hosts declared on 280/6.
Ronnie Yates returned figures of three for 63 as Town went in search of a victory. However, Benfleet batted out with wicketkeeper/batter, Joe McIver top-scoring with 51, while Fayaz Khan Nasseri (45*) and skipper, Sam Rowe (39) played their part in earning the visitors a share of the spoils.
