Teenagers arrested after robbery at knifepoint in Rochford

Three teenagers have been arrested following reports of a knifepoint robbery in Rochford.

The victim, also a teenager, was approached near to Mace Stores on Ashingdon Road and threatened just after 9pm last night, Saturday May 15.

He managed to get away unharmed.

Officers searched the area and arrested three teenage boys – two local, and one from Westcliff – on suspicion of robbery.
