Three men have been arrested as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs across south Essex.
Officers from the South Disruptor Team executed a warrant in Lincoln Chase, in Southend, on Sunday May 16.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Both men, aged 29 and 30 and from Southend, have been released under investigation.
A third man, aged 23 and from Southend, was arrested in Waltham Abbey on suspicion of possession with intent to supply on Tuesday May 18.
He remains in custody for questioning.
As part of the investigation, officers have seized £22,500 worth of Class A drugs.
* Alex Brown, 23, of Boscombe Road, Southend, has subsequently been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and one count of possession of a Class B drug.
He is due to appear in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Thursday May 20.
