Detectives investigating the death of 16-year-old Daniel Laskos in Harold Wood have made three further arrests in connection with the investigation.
A 20-year-old man was arrested on Sunday, May 9 on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on Monday, May 10 on suspicion of murder. He has been released on bail to a date in early June.
The third, a 24-year-old was arrested on Tuesday, May 11 on suspicion of murder. He has been taken into custody.
The arrests relate to an investigation that was launched following a fatal stabbing on Church Road in Harold Wood on Friday, May 7 following reports of a fight involving a number of people.
Officers and paramedics attended and found Daniel suffering from a stab injury. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 7.07pm.
Three teenagers were arrested on Friday, May 7. They are a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old youth who were both arrested on suspicion of murder. A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of affray and has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in early June.
