Three more commit to Hullbridge

A BUSY WEEK continued at Lower Road with another three key players agreeing on new terms with the Isthmian League North outfit.

Last season’s leading marksman, Joey Wright, with remain with the club for another term. Wright netted ten times from 27 appearances during the last campaign, establishing himself as a firm favourite with the fans.

Reliable central defender Jamal Allen will remain for a third season with the club, while Matt Baxter – an influential figure during Sports’ Essex Senior League title-winning season – is back following a short stint with Bishop’s Stratford.

“I’m delighted to sign and come back for the upcoming season,” Baxter enthused.

“Last year was a great year for the club. I feel that we can now push on and start competing in the league

“We have a great bunch of players and management with Darren and James. The club is ready to push on and achieve great things.”
