Two men have been arrested after a man was threatened with a hammer.
Police were called shortly after 8.10am today, Saturday June 20, after the victim was threatened as he rode his bike in Churchill Road, Grays.
Officers carried out a search and quickly found and arrested two men aged 28 and 29, from Tilbury, on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
Witnesses are asked to contact Grays local policing team on 101 quoting incident 289 of today’s date.
