WALTHAMSTOW’S quest for the Essex Senior League title has received a huge shot in the arm with the triple-signing of George Lutaaya, David Cowley and Jon Clements.
Boss, Max Mitchell, can be pleased with his work. Midfielder, Lutaaya, arrives from New Salamis where he netted twelve times in twenty-four appearances for the Spartan South Midland League outfit.
Meanwhile, Cowley brings a wealth of experience having started his career with Southend United and West Ham United and will further bolster the midfield.
Potent frontman, Clements, completes the trio. The two-time Spartan League winner was a regular goalscorer for Colney Heath.
Speaking to www.walthamstowfc.com about the move, Clement explained: “Walthamstow are a big club with big ambitions.
“They had a strong campaign last year and were pushing for promotion.
“I know the club are eager to succeed and play at the highest level possible. It would be great to be a part of the club’s journey.”
