Witness appeal after car fails to stop in collision with man in Great Wakering

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail to stop collision in Southend Road, Great Wakering yesterday, Wednesday August 12.
Officers were called at around 5.55pm by the ambulance service after a pedestrian and a silver Vauxhall Astra had been in collision.

The pedestrian a man in his 20s was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The Vauxhall Astra  failed to stop.

Anyone who saw what happened, has dashcam footage of the collision or the moments before or after it, is asked to please call 101 or report it online quoting incident 203 of 12 August.
