Witness appeal as man arrested after incident of public indecency in Chelmsford

Officers investigating a reported incident of public indecency are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Police were called to Chelmsford High Street shortly before 4.10pm on Sunday April 7 to reports of a man committing an act of public indecency.

A 22-year-old man, from Chelmsford, was arrested and has since been bailed while enquires continue.
