Witness appeal following collision in High Laver

Officers investigating a collision in High Laver, Epping Forest, that left a woman seriously injured are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage.

The collision, involving a white Nissan Juke and a silver Renault Megane, occurred at Matching Road at around 11.10am yesterday, Tuesday April 26.

The driver of the Juke, a woman in her 50s, was taken to hospital with a serious back injury.

Both the driver and the passenger of the Megane – a man and woman in their 50s – sustained minor injuries.

The road between Robins Acre and Goosesbridge Cottages was closed whilst emergency services attended.

Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the collision or the vehicles shortly before it happened, or anyone who has dash cam footage.
