A woman who was seriously injured following an incident in Southend last week has died in hospital.
Police were called to concerns for a woman in Bewley Court shortly after 6.30pm on Wednesday November 10. When officers arrived they found a woman in her 20s who had sustained serious injuries having fallen from a height.
She was taken to hospital but died on Monday November 15.
A 26 year-old man was arrested following the incident on suspicion of attempted murder and is currently on bail.
