You’re in quite an emotional state and there’s a lot of tension around you so keeping calm is important. It is possible to get your point across without arguing. There will be a tendency for you to take things personally this week so keep a lid on your temper. Put those petty insecurities aside because your partner is getting fed up of your tantrums.
